The City seeks a qualified Bidder to perform all construction, modifications, and supply all materials and equipment for the project. The project includes but is not limited to the following work: Concrete pavement improvements Lime treatment of subgrade Sidewalk, wall, and curb improvements Grading Traffic control Concrete and asphalt demolition Asphalt and concrete driveway improvements Water and sanitary sewer improvements Signage and pavement marking improvements Underground storm drain improvements Erosion control and vegetation The total project timeline for this project is 90 Calendar Days. Prior to beginning any work, the Contractor shall provide a schedule regarding their plan for pursuing the work to the City’s Construction Manager for review and approval. Bidders must submit, with their bids, a cashier's or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid The successful Bidder must furnish Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price from an approved Surety Company. The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received, and/or to accept any portion of the offer if deemed in the best interest of the City. Failure of the bidder/proposer to provide in its offer any information requested in the bid may result in rejection for non-responsiveness. Bidders should submit all inquiries and/or questions concerning this project to the person identified below by Monday, January 29, 2024 at 5:00 P.M.
