The description and location of the project is as follows: For the improvement of a certain section of STATE HIGHWAY in POTTER COUNTY, ULYSSES TOWNSHIP, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, STATE ROUTE 449, SECTION A07. The project being situated as follows: On State Route 449 from Segment 0120/Offset 1341 to Segment 0130/Offset 0356. For the removal of the existing Reinforced Concrete Arch Culvert and construction of its replacement a Precast Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert. Construction of approach work including Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base, binder and wearing courses, pavement base drain, guide rail, pavement markings, and miscellaneous construction for a total construction length of approximately 525 feet (0.099 mile) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package.
