The Clackamas County Department of Transportation and Development is requesting bids to construct roadway improvements on Jennings Avenue that includes sidewalks on the north side and ADA curb ramps and bike lanes on both sides of the roadway. The improvements include, but are not limited to grading, drainage, retaining wall structures, paving and performing additional and incidental work as called by the specifications and plans. The project is anticipated to take approximately 7 months. This is a public work contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 and the Federal Prevailing Rate of Wage required Under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 Et Seq.). All projects have minimum wage rate requirements. Each worker in each trade or occupation employed to perform work on the project shall be paid not less than the existing prevailing wage rate established by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Clackamas Contract Form B-1 (1/2023) Industries (BOLI) or the applicable federal prevailing wage rate required under the Davis-Bacon Act, whichever is higher.
