The tender documents are available on the Electronic Tendering System at website or by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 514 856-6600 for Montreal area, or outside at 1-866-669- (7326). 2. Only tenders presented on the documents specially prepared for this purpose and which will be found to comply with the conditions listed in the tender documents will be considered. 3. Tenders must be delivered to the Clerk in a sealed envelope, be clearly identified on the outer envelope with the number of the tender and the name of the tenderer and be presented on the documents prepared for this purpose. Please note that the deadline for receipt of tenders as well as the date for the opening of tenders provided for in this notice could be postponed by the publication of an addendum on the SEAO electronic tendering system. It is the responsibility of bidders to carry out this verification before submitting their bid. However, Ville de Laval reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders and not to incur any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers. In addition, the City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever.
