We understand that the structures will be a 1-story load-bearing masonry building. The preliminary finished floor elevation1 for this structure is understood to be on the order of 871 feet. Column loads and wall loads were not available at the time that this report was prepared. Parking areas and drives were not part of our scope for this project.Based on the Preliminary Grading Plan and preliminary finished floor elevations, site grading will involve minor cuts and fills.
