The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to waive any or all formalities. Texas Tech University System and TTUHSC El Paso are proposing to construct a new Medical Clinic on the University Campus. The current off campus facility contains approximately 175,000 gross square feet, but the goal is to optimize the facility utilizing consolidation and efficient design to minimize the gross square footage. The initial square footage of the facility is approximately 160,000 gross square feet with approximately 120,000 gross square feet built out at the time of construction. The balance of the building, 40,000 gross square feet, will be designed as shell space. The facility should be three to four stories in height, will align with the Campus Master Plan, and will be consistent with the Campus Spanish Renaissance Architecture.
